I graduated from Istanbul University, Department of English Language and Literature, and received my TESOL certificate in 2020. I have been working as an English teacher for more than 8 years. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching in a variety of educational settings, including private schools, online platforms, and language schools. In private schools, I worked with diverse student populations. I have also gained significant experience teaching English on online platforms, where I developed skills in creating engaging virtual lessons that are interactive and effective, ensuring students remain motivated and actively involved, even in a remote environment. My time at language schools further expanded my ability to design and deliver both group and one-on-one lessons focused on practical language use, which is crucial for building confidence in speaking and writing. I am a native Turkish speaker and speak English fluently. I believe my experience teaching adults, teenagers, and junior-level students from different English levels, both in Academic English Lessons and General English Lessons, will help me connect and communicate with all my students effectively.
